Carry Truly

The girls’ and toddler label families already find at Von Maur. Here’s how to bring it to your floor.

Why retailers carry it

Two customers, one reorder.

A kids’ garment has two customers: the child who wants to wear it, and the parent who still rates it after a month of playgrounds and wash cycles. Get both, and the category reorders on its own.

  • A stack of folded knit tops in pink, cream, cornflower and denim blue on a pale wooden shelf.

    Built to merchandise

Cohesive colour stories and packages that build a wall and shop the floor.

  • A cream cable-knit cuff beside a denim hem on a grey wood floor, a little sand and a fallen leaf next to them.

    Built to survive

Chosen for playgrounds and laundry. It comes back, so the parent comes back.

  • An open shipping carton of folded knits in polybags on a table, a blank wall calendar pinned above it.

    Built to the calendar

Back-to-school and holiday decide the season. We build to them and ship on them.

Retailer FAQ

What buyers ask

The line

What sizes does Truly run?
Girls 4–6X and 7–16, with toddler 2T–4T on the styles that carry down. Size runs and break packs are listed per style on the line sheet.
What is the line actually built for?
Real play, then real laundry. Fabrics are chosen to wash well and hold their shape and color, because in this category the second purchase is the one that matters: a kid outgrows a garment before they wear it out, and a parent comes back to the label that survived the first one.
How is the assortment structured?
Cohesive color stories across dresses, knit tops, bottoms and outerwear, so a small buy still merchandises as a statement on the floor and pieces cross-sell into each other.

Wholesale & terms

How do I carry Truly in my store?
Request the line sheet on this page. We’ll send the look, the assortment, the size runs, and our wholesale terms, and help you shape a buy that merchandises.
What are your minimums?
Opening orders have minimums set by package, sized for a productive first buy. Exact minimums come with your line sheet.
What about pricing and markup?
The line is priced to hold a healthy keystone markup at kids’ price points and to keep selling at full price. Wholesale pricing is shared on the line sheet.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard wholesale terms, with net terms available to qualified accounts. We’ll confirm terms when we set you up.

Safety & compliance

How do you handle children’s product safety?
Childrenswear carries requirements that adult apparel does not: construction details, trim and closure choices, labelling and testing all sit inside the development process rather than at the end of it. The specific testing and documentation that ship with your order are confirmed on the line sheet and with your account manager.

Samples, delivery & fills

Can I get samples before I buy?
Yes. Salesman samples and size sets are available so you can fit and merchandise ahead of market. First samples are typically ready in about 2–3 weeks.
What are your lead times and ship windows?
Production runs to the season calendar; we agree your delivery window up front on the order, and we ship on calendar. Kids’ seasons turn on back-to-school and holiday, and we build to those dates.
Do you support reorders and fills?
Yes. Dependable fills keep your best sellers on the floor through the season. Reorder availability is confirmed per style.

Logistics

Are you floor-ready / EDI capable?
We ship floor-ready (GS1 tickets and hangers) and support EDI and routing to your DC on request.
